Emmanuel Kofi Botwe known for his stage name as Kwaw Kese has stated categorically that the E-Levy proposed by the ruling government of Ghana doesn't make sense.
The "Dondo" hit maker made this comment when he was interviewed on TV3's new day morning show.
During an upclose session with media personality, Cookie Tee, the hiplife artiste was asked whether he is willing to pay the E-levy. Kwaw Kese stated that nobody has to pay the E-levy because to him it is unnecessary.
" I don't think it is necessary, nobody has to pay E-levy it is not done anywhere" he said.
He also lamented there's something wrong about the whole E-levy thing because of the way and manner the government is pushing to implement it.
The CEO of Mad Time Entertainment further went on to outdoor a new artiste, called Richie Badda who has been signed to his Record Label.
He entreated the music world to embrace his latest signee.
